Hey Tracy. It’s been a while since I’ve posted here but I want to tell you something. I’ve reached the point in my life where I actually don’t (or rarely) get acne now.. I’m not kidding. my face is so much clearer. The only thing are some remaning red marks that are fading every single day. I feel like my emotional health is back on track before this whole thing happened, I’m more more relaxed regarding my food now… And for once.. I don’t think of acne 60-70% of the time during my day..
In fact, I don’t even run up to a mirror every single morning when I wake up to see how my face looks like..
Overall.. I’m much happere with how I look now than I did a year ago. It’s been a year long struggle but I finally feel like I’ve reached a point where I can definitely tell myself I’ve won. 🙂 I would be doing a guest-post on thelovevitamin telling people my story and then what I did to beat acne or at least keep it to a level where I only get a new (small-ish!) pimple every 14th day or so! Not kidding! I actually for the first time got a pimple after a week or more had passed! Insane!
I want to say thanks to you and Seppo because you got me into the habit of eating healthier.. and Seppo taught me on a medical/science level on why people still get acne and now I know what to do to keep my face clear most of the time.. 🙂
So again. Thank you!
Hi Adel,
Oh that’s wonderful news, I’m so so happy for you 🙂 And yes if you would like to write a guest post about what’s worked then please do!
I admire what you’re doing, I’m a big fan of your website and I’m sure you put a lot of effort in that book but I also feel a bit weird about people who are making money out of other people’s misery. After all that’s a lot of money for a book, that’s not even a real book. Hard for me to understand.
Keep up the great work, Tracy. 🙂
Hi Hors 🙂
I understand you feeling that way, but I feel that it’s more than fair and don’t really look at it as making money off people’s misery, but helping people get the help they want and need while at the same time helping myself to live. The truth is I give away tons of free information already and no one is forced to purchase an ebook. But if I didn’t sell ebooks and make money from this website, it could not exist, or at least not nearly in this extensive capacity! You are right, writing this book took a ton of time and effort – doing all this is more than a full time job and if I had a full time job doing something else that wasn’t my passion, then no one would get helped. I hope you see my point of view 🙂
Also, as for ‘a lot of money for a book that not’s even a real book’, expense is relative to a person’s situation and income level – for some people it is definitely a lot, and for some people it’s spare change. I do understand though that since price is relative, it can be prohibitively expensive for those on low incomes or those who live in countries whose dollar values are not on par with North America’s, but unfortunately there is not much I can do account for every person’s situation. As I said, there’s tons of free info on the blog already if purchasing an ebook from me is not something your situation allows for.
I have packaged this info as a “book”, but in reality, it’s actually not the physical part that people are paying for in this case, it’s the value of the information that they are receiving from it. I could package the info as something else (maybe a “course” or something), and charge way more for it, but I don’t. I’ve priced the info at a price I feel is fair to others and allows me to obtain a comfortable income to live in North America on. If people purchase my info and decide that it didn’t provide as much value as they paid, they can easily just get their money back, but almost nobody does. So I take that as a sign for most people it was worth it what they paid.
Again, hope you understand my point of view on this matter! 🙂
Tracy thank you!! A year ago I went through a strong depression and all of a sudden acne appeared. It was really hard because I never suffered from acne before, until now that I’m in my 20’s :(. I’m just thankful to have found your blog, all your suggestions have really helped my skin. Right now I’m still in the process of clearing my skin and I’ll probably be getting your book soon! I always thank god for all my obstacles because there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel 🙂
Hi Stephanie,
I know, it’s super hard when you don’t really have acne and then suddenly you do! It’s so hard to deal with. Totally feel your pain. Good luck with the journey! If you do get the new ebook I think you’ll get lots out of it. There is indeed a light at the end! x
I actually bought your books this afternoon (Europian time) and completely finished it already! I love how you know so much stuff, amazing!!
I’m still on birth control but I think a lot of the things in your book are actually very helpful. Few more questions about the weaning off the pill part: are you allowed to just have your periods during weaning it off? Like you normally did? And at what point should you start to use estroblock and liv tox?
The last time I was one the pill I quit diane 35 cold turkey and that was a bad shit crisis!! No more periods for at least 8 months and acne got more worse every day. So I had to get back on it… I think I’m the pcos case 2 person, since I’m very skinny but prone to stress out. I do have fat though, but this is my ‘natural’ body shape.
Right now I’m not taking diane 35 or yaz, so I guess that is already an improvement. I don’t know when I will be weaning off the pill. I’m 23 right now and single and I don’t think any man would be happy with my natural birth control methods (lol), just in case I would accidentally get pregnant.
Woohoo, glad you liked it Celine 🙂
By ‘just have your period’, do you mean .. like.. how you don’t take the pills (or just sugar pills) for the week that you get your period? Actually that’s a good question that I never thought about with the weaning… I’m assuming yes, that you would still do that pattern… three weeks on and one week off. Double check with the weaning ladies in the weaning thread though: https://thelovevitamin.com/769/can-you-wean-off-the-birth-control-pill
You can start taking Estroblock and Liv-tox while you’re still on the pill and through weaning. It’s advised to take Liver herbs at the opposite time of day than when you take the pill just to be positive to avoid any possible interaction as they both get absorbed by the liver, but if you are weaning that doesn’t matter anyway.
Thank you so much! I meant what you said: the week you don’t take the pill and will have a ‘bleeding’. I will definitely check in with those girls!
By the way… (little off topic). Last week my skin looked so amazing because the add of so many vedgetables to my diet. Last friday I added in wheatgrass and on saturday I started taking maca powder as well. It to-tal-ly broke the hell out of me. My back, my chin, especially cysts in my left sids hairline and the left side of my face all small bumps. I stopped taking maca, because afterwards I read about how you shouldn’t combine it with the pill. Do you think that this ‘break out’ could have been a reaction to the maca or wheatgrass?
Hi Celine,
Well, it could potentially be a detox reaction to the wheatgrass if it’s that powerful for you. More likely it’s probably the maca. To be honest, I actually don’t know that much about maca though to say why or what’s going on.
Hi, I have been on quite the acne journey about the last 20 years or so! But recently have been taking Estroblock and Liv-tox for over 3 months now my diet is pretty clean, no birth control and I exercise. I only use hemp seed oil to wash my face and mineral makeup and that is all I have been putting on my face for 3 months now. I still have bad acne is there anything else I could benefit from in your new book? Or am I just doomed until menopause? If you think it could help me get over this 20+ year problem then I am in! Thanks!
Hi Tan 🙂
Yes I think there is a lot you could benefit from the book, it goes beyond diet and lifestyle into specific hormonal lifestyle and supplement suggestions for your situation and hormonal imbalance, and helps you understand the bigger picture of your hormones. You’re not going to be doomed forever! Promise!
I’ve decided that it’d be wise to get a saliva hormone test through the Delgado Protocol. You said that if you’re shipping it internationally you should include an ice pack. I’m shipping it from within the US, but it’ll take a couple days to get there, I’m sure, because I’m on the other side of the country. Should I include an ice pack to be safe?
Also, when I call, will I be giving them my address and credit card information over the phone?
And quickly, another question– Does it matter what day of my cycle I take the test? You mentioned you took yours on day 18. Does that have any significance? Would my results be different/give misleading results depending on which day of my cycle it is?
Hi Sarah, if you’re in the US, the courier label says it’s next day Air, so it should arrive literally the next day. You can include a little ice pack if you wish though! And yes you would give your credit card number & info to them over the phone. As for when in your cycle, the instructions said day 18 to 21 I think. It does matter since there are different normal levels of hormone at each phase of your cycle, but I don’t know why you have to take it at that time period as you’d think it would just be adjusted based on your cycle day. But that’s just what it said to do.
Thanks! My period is irregular and sometimes I miss months. If that happens, do I have to wait until I actually get my period and then wait 18 days, or could I do from the day when I was supposed to get it and count 18 days?
Hmm.. I don’t know, I do believe it said on the test that if you don’t get periods, then you can just take the test whenever. But if you get them but they’re irregular, I’m not sure. Ask when you call them (and let us know! 🙂
I will! 🙂
I’ll be calling after the holidays.
Currently I run two miles 5-6 days a week (and have been for almost a year) at a moderate pace; certainly not sprinting or anything like that. Is this too much? You say to avoid “intense” cardio, but I’m not quite sure if that would fall under this umbrella. (I’m going to start incorporating weight training as well, but I just wanted to see if I was doing something wrong with my current exercise routine.)
Ah I doubt it’s too much – how long does it take you to run two miles at a moderate pace?
About 25 minutes.
I guess what I’m asking is, since it’s not exactly “intense”, can I get away with doing it six days a week? I was just concerned with the part in the book where you say to “Only engage in 30 minutes max of intense cardio per week as you heal from hormone imbalances.” I mean, 25 minutes of running six times a week won’t screw me up or anything, will it?
Hi Sarah,
I can’t possibly say for sure if that amount of exercise is harmful for your individual body… it doesn’t sound excessive though especially if you wouldn’t consider it intense
Hi Tracy! Just wondering…what are you currently doing for your acne? Are you still doing the caveman?
Hi Elissa,
Yep, still doing the caveman, so currently not doing any external skin care at all.
Oh wow! I’ve been doing it kind of off and on for the past year and a half, but the “congestion” always bothers me and so I take a towel/tissue, and lightly exfoliate around my forehead area once or twice a day. Also wash with some water maybe once a week or so.,..is this holding me back? Starting college in January and nervous about going full-on caveman without water or ANYthing, but, if it’ll work itself out like it did for you, I guess I’m willing to try it full throttle! Lol thanks for replying!
Hi Elissa,
Well, I don’t know. I’m not saying that I think the caveman is the best for everyone. I had a problems with congestion on my forehead too during the caveman.. well I always did, but the caveman didn’t necessarily fix it. What worked to get rid of the congestion was the stuff in this new Hormonal Acne Guide, plus manually unclogging the pores with a bit of jojoba oil ala this article: https://thelovevitamin.com/5643/how-i-cleared-all-my-clogged-pores-in-less-than-three-weeks/ – Now my forehead is super smooth, and I don’t even use the jojoba anymore
Loved it! Thank you for compiling such important information into such an easy to digest format! I’m really beginning to understand just how much stress has discombobulated my hormones (and WHY!) which is exactly the kick in the ass I need to slow down and zen out more often. I’m in month 2 of Estroblock and a Liver Cleanse supplement by THORNE. I was already very health conscious and on a lot of good supplements. I healed my 7 year old son’s leaky gut when he was 3 years old and learned (and stressed) a lot throughout that journey. But hormones have always been my Mt Everest – daunting and overwhelming! Thank you SO much from me and my skin!
Hi Juniper, YAY that’s awesome! What you just described here was exactly what my aim was with this ebook! Glad to hear it did it’s job for you 🙂 Would you mind if I used your words here on the info page?
Not at all! 🙂 Pretty excited to start Dessicated Liver and Fermented Cod Liver Oil – if those aren’t words I never thought I’d utter….ha!
Just wanted to throw this bit of information out there regarding the saliva hormone test. I just spoke with someone at the Delgado Protocol and she said that if your cycle is irregular and you miss a month, you don’t have to wait to get your period and then count 18-21 days to take the test. You can just count 18 days from the day when you were supposed to get it.
So far, I’ve tried Estroblock (over two months now), and jojoba oil and hemp seed oil for a couple months to get rid of my clogged pores with no success. I know I’m not getting these clogs because of something with my skincare routine, because all I do is wash with manuka honey and use manuka oil on my scars. I’m currently not using any other oils. So, I’ve assumed that the problem is hormonal. Once I figure out what the imbalance is and start taking some supplement, as well as incorporating strength training and stress management, do you think the clogged pores will just go away/come out while washing without doing something more manually extracting like rubbing an oil? Or should an oil also be used? I guess I just don’t know what other oils to try. Is it even possible for them to just “come out” from treating the imbalance through supplements, strength training, and stress management?
Hi Sarah,
I just thought I should chime in here because I’ve has the same problem with clogged pores. I’ve been on Estroblock and Liv-Tox for 4 months or so, now, just using a generous drop of jojoba in the morning as far as external skincare.
Over the last few weeks, though, I’ve been gradually incorporating the Jane Iredale magic mitt very gently in the mornings with lukewarm to cool water and then following with the jojoba. This VERY gentle exfoliation has seemed to work wonders! Once a week I’ll do a manuka-honey mask after the mitt and before jojoba for about an hour and that gives my skin an extra boost. I think some people just need that little gentle something extra for the clogged pores in conjunction with the internal-balancing stuff. Hope this is relevant to you and helps! I think the key is just to be extremely gentle and patient with your skin to see what little something extra it might need.
Thanks so much for this idea! I’ve been wondering if exfoliation would help, but I’ve been a little too scared to try baking soda + water. I’ll give the magic mitt a try!
Do you think a washcloth would do the same thing?
Hey Sarah, I agree with Jordanna 🙂 A washcloth is a bit rough, but, but the magic mitt I believe is made from microfibre. You should be able to find a microfibre cloth locally (not name brand) that would work just as well
Great book, Tracy!
I read somewhere that: “Vitex or Chaste Tree Berry is basically a progesterone booster. If you are naturally defecient in progesterone this may be good for you. Irregular periods? If you are not, this may be bad for you as progesterone is more androgenic and will convert into testosterone before it will estrogen.”
My estradiol levels are within the expected range for luteal phase, but high relative to progesterone, which is low. Mine was 64L, while it should be between 75-270. Testosterone is within normal range. Also my periods are quite regular.
So my question is, do you think Vitex would be good for me, even though my periods are regular?
I have been taking Estroblock and a liver supplement for about 2 months now with minimal results, so I have a feeling that raising my progesterone levels would help.
Sorry about this long post. Merry X-mas, dear! You are amazing!
Hi Maria 🙂
Well I can’t say exactly how you’ll react to vitex, but it sounds like a good option since you did test low on progesterone. I decided to start taking it because my saliva test showed that I had low progesterone. You say your period are regular, but are they truly regular? I say that because I’ve always thought of my periods as regular because I always get it every month, but when it comes down to it, my cycle length does vary a lot. I don’t tend to get it on the same day like clockwork. It’s not uncommon for me to have mine up to a week later than the “regular” 28 days.
Gosh, I’ve never thought of that! I usually write down my periods, and when I had a closer look into it now – wow, you are totally right! I have always known that I have long cycles, but I never really thought of them as irregular. It seems as my cycle length is anywhere between 35, 32, 31 and 29 days.
So, I guess I am a good candidate for Vitex then.
As I said, I haven’t really seen any improvement on Estroblock and liver supplement, but do you think I should stick with Estroblock for another month before introducing Vitex? Or should I just go ahead with Vitex since I’m low on progesterone.
I have some Vitex at home, and I guess it’s okay to start whenever and use it all trough the month (doesn’t say anything on the bottle).
What about pregnancy and acne? Does this or any of your e-books deal with acne while pregnant?
Hi Anna
With this ebook – I talk about it briefly but its hard to say whether it will be helpful to you for treating pregnancy acne. It would be the most useful prior to you getting pregnant. If you’re already pregnant, it would also really help your understanding of WHY you’re getting acne while you’re pregnant, but there is not much you can do aside from eating healthy and living healthfully and using good skin care (in which case, Ultimate Secrets would be a good book to take a look at if you need in depth help with that). Many supplements I recommend in this ebook aren’t advised during pregnancy simply because they haven’t been studied enough on pregnant women, and plus… your hormones are different during pregnancy anyway, so a saliva test wouldn’t be all that useful.
Hi Tracy!
I love your site, and over this last summer was completely obsessed with it. I even joined a candida cleanse in September 🙂 I loved eating healthy and learned A LOT about nutrition. My acne was much better, but not completely gone. I have suspected for some time it might be hormonal. After the cleanse I continued to eat fairly healthy, but as time went on my skin care resorted back to normal face wash and lotion and being busy with school, work, and being in a play, I found I gave up on all natural skin care and most foods. While in the play I was using a terrible makeup that combined with obvious stress and the excitement of a new relationship caused me to break out bad (in two large patches on my cheeks by my mouth, and forehead..ugh)!! I just bought the ebook and am almost done reading all 3! A lot of questions I have had were addressed in this book. I think that my exercise has been wrong and well as my products and nutrition. I am so glad your book came out now because I almost gave up, I have a derm appointment soon and I was scared they might put me on birth control something I’ve never wanted to do. I just have a quick question about Liv Tox. I have experienced a lot of symptoms of “liver congestion” but I want to get my hormones tested before I take any other supplements. Can I take LivTox alone or must it be combined with Estroblock?
Thanks so much Tracy, and I am excited to be back on track again right in time for the new year!
Hi Bryanna – I actually noticed your name when you bought the ebook haha.. I like your last name! It’s cool! Anyway – thank you for getting the book I hope it’s the answers you’ve been looking for! Yes you can take liv-tox alone without Estroblock, and you don’t really have to get your hormones tested to take it as supporting the liver will support all hormone balance.
haha! Thanks Tracy 🙂 Awesome, I’m really excited to start on this journey (again). I just bought some cod liver oil at the Natural Groceries and am really excited about starting other supplements and eating whole foods. I also need to get exercise back into my life. Like man women I was focused only on intense cardio, not entirely healthy! The ebook is really great at suggestions for attainable workouts 🙂
Take care!
Hey Tracy,
Thanks for putting all your effort in writing this new book. It’s just what I needed!
Since I discovered your website last june, I managed to heal my acne with diet, exercise, better sleeping, Manuka honey, jojoba oil, aloe vera…and with the useful tips I found in your book “Ultimate Secrets to Acne Freedom.” My skin amazingly improved quickly 80%. I looked in the mirror and I just couldn’t believe it.
But I still have some acne that, as you say, is very stubborn and never completely goes away. It exactly has all the features to be hormonal: it’s on my chin, around my mouth and gets worse during ovulation or some days before my period.
I will grab this new book as soon as possible!
Have a great time in India!
Hi Andrea,
I totally get what you mean!! Sometimes it’s like that last little bit that is so darn stubborn… thats’ exactly why I wrote the book because I was experiencing the same thing and it’s so frustrating. I hope you enjoy the book if you choose to get it. And thank you! Been in India a couple days now and it’s been delightful so far 🙂
Hello Tracy and everybody that follows The Love Vitamin. My journey with The Love Vitamin started back in November(2013). I’ve been down the acne road on again and off again to different levels of severity since I was 13. So at least 19 years(more than half my life!). I’ve done like everybody else with the prescriptions, topicals, washes and even Accutane.
I found Tracy’s site by googling the type of acne I was now dealing with. I was tossing around the idea of going back to my doctor and taking Accutane again. But then I thought about it…it didn’t work the first time and I was hesitant to do it then, but I was desperate for a solution.I liked what Tracy was saying about health and healthy eating influencing everything in our bodies.
Anyway, I have had what I feel so far to be a successful step in healing my acne by taking some of the things I’ve learned on The Love Vitamin and by also doing some of my own research. It’s been 2 1/2 months now and my skin is really clearing and looking great(still the hyperpigmentation) but I can deal with that over having a face full of little pustules and large hard throbbing cysts.Green smoothies all the way. Same goes for eating lots of good healthy food and water. Also the FCLO and dessicated liver.I started with the EstroBlock and then found something similar at my local health food store called EstroSmart Plus.A good liver support supplement and SBT(seabuckthorn)Single Source Supplements.Oh, can’t forget the probiotics. I have so much more energy and feel good.I wash with seabuckthorn tea bar soap in the evening to remove makeup and it helps to gently exfoliate. I then use the SBT seed oil and then a thin film of coconut oil for moisture. I used to have extremely oily skin before all this but i think the greens and the less processed foods and sugars in my diet have helped regulate that. I even quit coffee!!.Just dove soap and coconut oil in the morning before makeup.I had moments though where I’m sure it was the detox happening and things would start to look good and then get really bad and I wanted to give up. But I pushed through and here I am…so happy with myself and my efforts and knowing that I am truly treating my body like a temple.Next step is to ween off the birth control pill.
I just wanted to thank Tracy for all her hard work in putting this all together. I have 4 ebooks and don’t regret buying any of them because it’s all such valuable info and down the road, who knows…me having it may help somebody else in a time of despair.
I “LOVE” The Love Vitamin
Just thought I’d add that the EstroSmart Plus containes the DIM and also milk thistle and the Vitex(Chaste tree berry). I’ve been taking it for about 2 almost three weeks and what a difference.
Woohoo April, this is awesome! Stoked everything is going so well for you and here’s to hoping it continues!! Thanks for being an L Vitamin fan 🙂
Hi Tracy! I hope you’re enjoying your vacation in India. I’m sorry to interrupt the trip with my questions, so take as much time as you need to respond!
I just got my Saliva Hormone Test results back from the Delgado Protocol. It turns out that I have low testosterone, very high androstenedione, high cortisol, and a low progesterone:estradiol ratio.
Testosterone and androstenedione are both androgens, right? So is it weird that one’s high and the other is low? And if I take your advice on lowering androgen levels from this book, would that make my testosterone even lower? The way I’m thinking is that since my androstenedione is SO high and my testosterone isn’t too terribly low, that I should be more concerned with the bigger imbalance.
However, I’m kind of confused at to why my androstenedione levels are extremely high when I don’t do any of the things in your book to cause this. I don’t consume a lot of sugar (if any–the only sugar I can think of that I consume daily is in fruit), I exercise daily (strength training and cardio), I cut out dairy five months ago, and I take zinc and vitamin D. So is it possible that the missing piece of the puzzle–dessicated liver pills–are what’s making the imbalance so high?
Do my slightly high cortisol levels mean that I should tone down my stress? Even though I find this odd, because I’m a pretty calm person. But who knows.
Finally, what does a low progesterone-to-estradiol ratio even mean? I couldn’t find any mention of this in your book for how to treat it. But, I could just be accidentally skipping over it. I’ve been taking Estroblock for three months now, if that is in any way related.
Thank you so much.
Hi Sarah,
Interesting – your saliva profile sounds exactly like mine (although I don’t know your exact numbers). How high was your adrenostenedione exactly? The adrenostenedione is a little bit confusing, because it is an androgen, but it was very hard to find a lot of specific information on it. I know that it converts to DHT in the skin. I get the feeling that that conversion may have a lot to do with the bad estrogens and perhaps estrogen/progesterone ratio. For example, for me, even though I have this same type of profile, taking the Liv-tox supplement and Estroblock was the key and basically cleared me completely from the rest of the hormonal acne, except maybe just one before my period (Also, Nick Delgado told me to use his Estroblock Cell Stabilizer supplement for the adrenostenedione imbalance, so that’s another reason I think it’s very influenced by the estrogens). I’ve also started taking vitex recently (supported by the liver pills/B Vitamins) to raise my progesterone levels and even out the estrogen progesterone balance; so far it seems to have gotten rid of the premenstrual pimple.
Low progesterone to estrogen ratio means that your estrogen is high in relation to your progesterone. So either your estrogen is high and your progesterone is normal, or your progesterone is low and your estrogen is normal, or your estrogen is high and your progesterone is low.
So anyway – try Estroblock and Liv-tox if you haven’t already, and maybe vitex if your progesterone low. The liver pills would be great too if you want to add those in. As for the cortisol – I know no other reason for high cortisol other than stress, but it may not be emotional stress, could be physical too, as I described in the book. I can’t really say what it is for you!
Did you talk to the Delgado Protocol to get them to interpret your results? What did they say?
Whoops, sorry, just realized you did talk about the liver pills, my bad. (and I forgot to hit “reply” and it just posted as another comment, oops.)
Okay, so I just got off the phone with a woman named Rachel from the Delgado Protocol. For the high androstenedione, she recommended the Estroblock Cell Stabilizer, and she said that people who take two of those a day in conjunction with two Estroblock a day (which I already am) see an improvement in their skin. So I’ll probably give that a try.
For my high cortisol, she said that I was experiencing adrenal fatigue, and recommended that I take their Adrenal DMG.
For the low PG/E2 ratio, it turns out that my Estradiol is normal, while my progesterone is low. She recommended I use progesterone cream.
Maybe it’s just something that I’ll have to get used to, but is it possible to ever take too many pills in one day? Right now I’m taking Vitamin D, Zinc, Liv-Tox, and Estroblock. Adding on EB Cell-Stabilizer and Adrenal DMG, I’ll be up to six different kinds of pills a day, not including possibly Vitex, Vitamin B, and the liver pills. To me, that sounds like overload.
Hi Sarah,
Yes, I definitely understand the issue of letting supplements get out of control! I try to keep mine limited, but I admit, they’ve been creeping up lately. I guess it’s about finding the few that you feel really do the trick for you. I would suggest first trying what the Delgado protocol suggests – adding cell stabilizer; possibly adrenal DMG if you want to; and for low progesterone either use progesterone cream, or vitex, but not both. See how that goes. If it works, overtime you should be able to reduce your doses of them or discontinue them altogether so hopefully you won’t be taking mounds of supplements forever.
Thanks for that suggestion!
So you think going straight to Vitex without taking B6, Magnesium, & Zinc together first is okay?
If you’re using vitex it’s ideal to support yourself with those supplements, but frankly most people don’t while using it and they do fine, so it is up to you! I know it’s all a lot of supplements. Try progesterone cream instead if not using these extra supplements are a concern
I think I’ll take the other supplements too just to be safe. Thanks for all your help!
Thanks for the reply!
I noticed that our results were very similar, too! My androstenedione level is 190 (eek!).
I’ve been taking Liv-Tox for about four months and Estroblock for three.
I’ll look into Vitex and vitamin B. So you think the dessicated liver wouldn’t really be worth it?
I’m talking to someone today, so hopefully it’ll start to make more sense! I’ll let you know.
Thanks again.
HI Tracy,
I just discovered your web site and I am triying to follow all this, but the thing is that I am one month pregnant and my acne is coming again!
I weaned off birth control 6 months ago, and my acne started to come again but very slow…
Now that I am pregnant, I am so happy but acne is destroying this happiness and I say to myself that I cannot do anything to stop it! I got one red monster a day!
Could you help??
Thanks!
