This Christmas I threw all caution to the wind and didn’t really care about the health ramifications. It felt awesome to not care for once. 🙂 I think lately I’m treating nutrition as an important part of my life, but I’m not letting it occupy my thoughts too much.
Yeah it’s funny… I’ve been so stressed out lately when I’m at home that I’ve been breaking out quite a lot… but over Christmas, I didn’t eat perfectly by any means, hardly washed my face, and didn’t break out at all – assumably because I was having fun. It felt really good to just let go and reminded me once again – something I always forget – stress is as bad if not worse than not being strict with your diet!!
