Kale chips are the perfect snack when you’re craving something bad-for-you. They are nutritious, yet taste like junk food from the corner store! Woohoo.

Summary:

  • Cut up some kale – curly kale is best
  • Put it on a baking pan, throw some olive oil and sea salt on there
  • Wash your hands and massage the oil and salt into the kale leaves
  • Bake in oven on lowest temperature possible (as to not damage the olive oil) until crispy!
  • Eat!!! YUM
