Ugh. Motivation. Exercise is hard. It’s so much work. Oh my goodness, I just can’t do it. Sound familiar?
Everyone gets a little un-motivated sometimes when it comes to exercise. I fall prey to the trap often, but I’ve found some ways to get off my butt and stay moving. Watch this video if you need to pick up the pep!

How do you stay motivated to keep fit?

I have simple advice for everyone…
Play! Make your exercise play. The absolute #1 is to make it fun. If you are not having fun while working out then change up what you are doing. Please!
I do a quick 10-20 intense strength workout once per week. I then will randomly do push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, etc. at anytime I want. This includes while playing mini golf…
Go for a run with a friend if you want. Box the air! Do 30 jumping jacks… NOW! Jump rope! Play on a playground!
PLAY!
Yeah I agree. I definitely need to join a class or some kind of fun thing… I’m at that point. I keep moving house every 4 months or so and never stay in one spot, so I use that as an excuse to not commit to going to things like classes and groups and what not :/
I really need to work on that!
I think getting UP to exercise and gathering the motivation is harder than the exercise itself sometimes.
In some twisted way, that’s motivation in itself.
Hahah tell me about it…. mustering up to doing it is the hardest part…yet I always do feel so good after and I know that I will… it’s silly.
