I’ve been going to free laughter yoga in the park every Saturday morning ever since I wrote that article where I broke down about what a rut I’ve gotten myself into.
What’s Laughter Yoga?
Laughter yoga is a unique exercise routine that combines yogic breathing with silly unconditional laughter. I have to say, it’s hardly an ‘exercise’ routine if you ask me, it’s mostly just a bunch of silliness in the park that makes you feel super good!
I can’t say it cured my rut, but it’s been helping for sure! Having some friendly faces to see every weekend to laugh with is pretty awesome. Anyway… watch the video, I filmed some of the class for you. It’s a funny video – so hopefully it’ll get you laughing too!

I’m glad you found something to keep you occupied, though!
kind of on a tangent — do you still use probiotic “supplements” at all? I’m not really sure if I want to buy another bottle (dang expensive — like 30 bucks). I’m having them like once a week now, but I don’t really see the point. I have store bought kombucha a few times a week.
I’m not using anything probiotic at the moment… but I should be. I actually think that homemade kefir and kombucha and other homemade ferments are more powerful than store bought probiotics, so … if you want to do that it’s cheaper but takes more effort
I watched the whole video since I was curious about something as interesting sounding as ‘laughter yoga’, but I found myself really laughing along the whole time. Laughter is like yawning- it really is contagious!
